The purpose of the quality policy is to obtain the increase of the customers’ satisfaction through the continuous improvement, the increase of the performance of its processes and the provision of quality services on the internal and external market, to offer our clients quality services.

Standardizes the organizational systems used by each worksite.

Serves as the basis for annual audits by Quality.

Level Three

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES

Applies only to relevant teams specified by each procedure.

Contains a registry of detailed work processes from marketing to servicing, procurement, production, inspection, testing and delivery.

Defines practical methods for self-inspection.
